Malaysia - 4.5% growth this year ?

According to IMF managing director Christine Lagarde on her maiden trip to Malaysia  , my beloved country can achieve the target of 4.5% growth this year . I read with interest 3 risks that  she highlighted and that Malaysia need to address

1.  FDI  - this has not returned to the glorious level . 
2. High level of debt   - Government's  debt pose a big  fiscal risk & can impair our resilience to economic  shocks .
3. inequality - what kind ? Income inequality is just one of  many !
